About Flex Staff Housing
Flex Staff Housing rents fully furnished apartments and houses to companies housing staff and project teams in the Netherlands, billed per property per month, all-in.
We are the trading name of HuurNederland B.V., a Dutch company founded in 2024 and registered with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 93106025. We rent whole properties — not beds — so a company gets a complete, move-in-ready home for its crew on one clear monthly invoice.
What we do
We provide managed workforce and project accommodation: whole, furnished apartments and houses let to companies for their staff and crews. Each property is billed all-in per month — covering the furnished home, utilities, wifi and municipal compliance — so an HR, mobility or project team places people instead of chasing landlords, utility contracts and deposits.
