Each property is let to your company complete and furnished, on one all-in line: the home itself, utilities, wifi, furnishing, weekly cleaning where included and municipal registration. No per-room deposits, no separate utility contracts, no reconciliation at the end — the number you approve per property is the number you pay.

We flex the number of properties up and down to match your project curve, releasing them on flexible notice as crews ramp up and demobilise — so you are never paying for units standing empty after a milestone slips or a phase completes. Every property is inspection-ready: aligned with SNF norms where the housing is used for international workers, with fire-safety documentation and correct municipal registration of occupants. What it costs
Indicative all-in rates in Amsterdam start from €3,000 per month for a furnished 2-bedroom house, €4,000 for a 3-bedroom house and €5,000 for a 4-bedroom house — one figure per property per month covering the furnished home, utilities, wifi and municipal compliance. Prices are indicative, quoted “from”, and subject to location and availability.
