What the SNF norm actually covers
The SNF (Stichting Normering Flexwonen) standard sets minimum requirements on living space per person, sanitary facilities, fire safety, hygiene, information provision and good management. We let each property in line with this framework and at its permitted occupancy, so housing used for your international workforce stands up to inspection. SNF is an accreditation of housing against a norm — we keep our properties aligned with it rather than claiming a company-wide certificate.
Permits and registration, per property
We hold the correct permit for each property and register every occupant in the BRP, so the housing and its paperwork stand up to inspection. Municipalities across Noord- and Zuid-Holland increasingly require room-rental or lodging permits and correct BRP registration of occupants; because we manage this per property, it protects both employer and worker and keeps the address ready for payroll.
Good Landlordship compliance
The Wet goed verhuurderschap sets rules on fair rents, clear contracts, deposits and information in the worker’s own language. Because we let and manage the whole property, our processes are built around it — reducing the compliance burden that would otherwise sit with your agency.
