We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry, provide quotes and manage any resulting accommodation service, and to improve our website. We do not sell your data.

We process enquiry data on the basis of your explicit consent, given via the consent checkbox, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

We retain enquiry data for as long as necessary to serve you and to meet legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted.
