It is a single all-in figure covering the property, all utilities, wifi, bed linen, weekly cleaning of communal areas and municipal compliance. We quote an exact per-property rate once we know headcount, location, room type and duration — no deposits per unit and no end-of-project reconciliation.

For most Randstad and Noord-Holland locations we confirm availability within 48 hours and can have crews moving in within days. Larger blocks of 100+ people typically mobilise within one to two weeks.

Can I scale the number of properties up or down during the project?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Properties are released on flexible notice and we can add capacity across nearby sites, so you only pay for what the project actually needs as crews ramp up and demobilise.

Is the accommodation compliant and inspection-ready?

Our worker housing is compliant, correctly permitted and occupant-registered, and aligned with the Wet goed verhuurderschap — so it passes client and municipal audits with the paperwork already in order.

A single coordinator manages your account and every change request, and you receive weekly digital occupancy reporting so your HR or mobility team always knows exactly who is housed where.

What are the properties like inside?

Every property is fully furnished and turnkey. Bedrooms are typically 10–20 m², and each property has at least one bathroom, one toilet and a full kitchen — many have two bathrooms and two or three toilets. Free parking is available at many properties.
